Always in Style: Your Personal Guide to Choosing Feminine Protection Products
Puberty & menstrual pad promotional booklet for girls (Always menstrual pads, Procter & Gamble, U.S.A.)
Promotes and/or explains Dri-Weave, maxi pads, pantiliners, wings, soft-sorb, embarrassment,
period readiness, menstrual pads, sanitary napkins, menstruation, puberty, panty stains, body changes

Procter & Gamble, which stopped selling a series of tampons (see Trust, Soft Shape) after the Rely disaster (and started again after buying Tampax in the late 1990s), sold a huge variety of menstrual pads under the Always brand. Early menstrual pads had few if any size or absorption variations.

This pamphlet apparently accompanied a kit of sample pads that girls could order (see item 10 on p. 2). See some teachers kits. Right from the beginning pad companies advertised their own products in puberty booklets.

Below: Back & front covers; each cover & page of the paper booklet measures 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" (14 x 21.6 cm).
The cover photo shows a wide sample of racial types far from the days of all-white models.
