Midol menstrual pain, PMS, and discomfort educational booklet
Congratulations! You're growing up! Menstruation: a guide for maturing young women, 1978, U.S.A.
Whole booklet
Back and front covers

Midol, which has made pain pills for all sorts of things since at least 1911, wrote this booklet for girls. To its credit, it emphasizes that menstruation is normal - but take our pill for problems unless it's serious. Like most other booklets on this site, its publication sells a product. Hey, this is America, the land of business.
