MUSEUM OF MENSTRUATION AND WOMEN'S HEALTH
inSync Miniform absorption pad for urine
(incontinence), menstruation & other
bladder & vaginal secretions that fits between the small
lips of the vulva
& as alternative to menstrual tampons for light days & spotting
(once obsolete but a new form, Unique Miniform,
is for sale in 2008)
Promotional package, 1997
The A-Fem Medical Corporation sent me this press/promotional folder
It announced the renaming of the Padette,
a tiny pad of cotton that fit between the lips of
the vulva in order to absorb menses, urine and other secretions.
It could be used with pads, tampons, menstrual cups and sponges or just
by itself. (See the extant inSync page.)
In the past decade I've received e-mails from woman angry about not
finding the pad, which apparently has gone on and off and on the market.
Read the information for more information as well as this MUM site's
pages on Padette and inSync.
Below: 8 x 10" (20.2 x 25.4 cm) glossy
photos of the Miniform & its box included in the promotional folder;
the folder is not shown on these pages except for a section.
